Whether it’s at your premises or remotely, I offer a flexible approach to ensure you get what you need, when you need it.

For bigger companies, I also offer fractional support on a regular retainer or ad hoc basis. Holiday, maternity or sickness cover? No problem!

Need help sporadically, as a one-off or semi-regularly? We can work out a schedule to suit you and your business.

Seasonal help on the shop floor or website admin from home, I can mix and match my approach to suit you.

Remote support on a retainer basis can be reassuring to have - guaranteed support when you need it - so if you want to ringfence 10 hours per month, for example, I offer packages to suit.

A small chain of independent gift shops to offer remote website admin support, adding products as well as writing descriptions, blog and social media posts.
An independent artisan business to wrap and pack orders, provide in-store operational support and an extra pair of hands in the workshop.
